Young Athlete Training
The foundation to all skills in sports is strength. At One-Fit we focus on fundamental/foundational style training. This ensures the athlete has the proper strength to perform. Also with our Youth training, we challenge foot-work, jumping, mobility, coordination. I like to think of this training as well-rounded training that allows the athlete to learn his/her body. Obstacle courses, and challenges are part of the program as well. Creating an atmosphere of fun! Kids thrive on instruction, let them learn how to perform at their highest level!
